Environmental Consulting

Total Earth Care (TEC) Environmental Consulting Division provides professional services to a broad spectrum of clients. Our client base includes private land owners, government departments, large corporations and non-government stakeholder groups.

Our project experience is equally diverse, and ranges from single allotment residential development to assessments for proposed land use changes associated with large scale residential subdivisions or industrial areas, and assessments related to plans of management for large natural areas, parks and reserves.

Regardless of the scale of a proposed development or size of a natural area, TEC recognises that project planning is a key element in providing a quality product that thoroughly investigates all components of the scope. From the outset, advice to our clients considers the requirements of applicable environmental planning instruments and government policies, recognised survey and assessment requirements and existing threatened species information for a locality. During project delivery professional consideration is given to the potential opportunities and constraints to a development that are associated with the assessed biodiversity values present on the site, and sustainable, results based recommendations and outcomes are offered.

TEC is experienced in environmental planning and natural resource management projects such as flora and fauna surveys, environmental impact assessments, plans of management required under legislation or consent conditions, bush fire hazard assessments, and weed survey and mapping exercises.

TECs substantial experience in writing, pricing and implementing Plans of Management ensures that our clients have practical plans that can be easily managed, are cost effective and accurately priced.
